Shipping & Handling

  • Absolutely, we will carefully pack your precious items and use a combination of a sturdy box, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts to make sure that your package arrives at the destination safely.

  • Most carriers require a proper, new shipping box and at least 2 inches of padding around your item for the insurance to be valid.

  • Absolutely, once the carrier picks up your package (usually around 3 pm each day), you will be able to track it that same day.

  • Insurance is provided by the carrier that you ship with. Every package automatically comes with carrier-provided $100 in insurance. You may purchase additional insurance through the carrier if you wish.

  • As your authorized shipper, we can assist in filing the claim for you.
